The founding executive partner, Dr. Henrique Ayres Salem Monteiro, registered with the OAB / SP under number 191.283, has been working since 2001 in the defense of social rights, advising entrepreneurs, companies, public servants, retirees, workers in general, having performed activities of prominence in favor of causes with great social repercussion in the labor, social security and banking branches, benefiting hundreds of people through the support and defense of Legal theses in the different branches of law. Provides national advisory services to several law firms in the field of Social Security, Tax, Labor and Banking Law, in several cities, including Florianópolis, São Paulo, Sorocaba, Jaú, Capão Bonito, São Miguel Arcanjo, Angatuba, Itapetininga, Itapeva , buri and Itararé. In recent years he has devoted himself with equal ease to Social Law. He has a postgraduate degree in Social Security Law and Social Security from Escola Paulista de Direito Social, having obtained a maximum degree of approval in the defense of his thesis by Judge Dr. Marcus Orione Correia, Full Professor at USP - University of São Paulo. He has several articles published in newspapers and magazines of regional and national circulation, being a full member of the Institute of Social Security Lawyers of São Paulo, of the Association of Lawyers of São Paulo and of the Brazilian Bar Association.
