Dr. Fabiano da Silva Darini, partner at the law firm Ayres Monteiro & Darini Sociedade de Advogados, started young in his legal career, while still a student he sought to improve his knowledge and in 2002 he was approved as an intern at the Public Ministry of the State of São Paulo where he worked for two years, also interning with the São Paulo Public Security Secretariat. He was appointed to the Court of Justice as a Conciliator in the Special Civil Court, where he served for more than three years and acquired enormous experience in various legal claims. He started with 23 years in law, whose profession he has exercised with zeal since 2004, providing specialized consultancy in the various branches of Social Law. Due to his notorious competence and rectitude in 2012, he was appointed Advisor to the Ninth Disciplinary Panel of the OAB / SP Ethics Court, where he fulfilled the excellent mission of issuing an opinion on causes and application of ethical-disciplinary procedures in defense of society and the class of lawyers. He was also an active member of the Labor Law Commission, appointed by the 43th Subsection of the OAB / SP. He is an active lawyer and has participated in numerous courses and congresses throughout Brazil, having extensive civil, labor and social security procedural experience, he is currently President of the Social Security Law Committee of the 43rd Subsection of the OAB / SP.
